DOUZONE ICT GROUP recruits new workers through hiring events, year-round events or affiliate or department-specific irregular events.
If you apply for a job you want, the selection process will proceed based on the recruitment process.

Recruitment process

DOUZONE ICT GROUP's recruitment announcement are posted on both job search websites and its own website.
If necessary, they may be advertised publicly through broadcast media and printed media

Job application
  1. 1. If you meet all the eligibility requirements specified in the announcement, anyone can apply without discrimination based on sex, age, disabilities, nationality, and others.
  2. 2. When filling out a job application, you are required to fill in all blank cells based on facts.
  3. 3. If you fill in false information in a job application, that may be a valid reason to terminate or cancel your employment.
Screening candidates
  1. 1. We check your submitted information to see whether you filled in all blank cells.
  2. 2. We check your submitted information to see whether you meet all the eligibility requirements specified.
  3. 3. After the screening of candidates, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted individually.
Job Aptitude Test
  1. 1. Only those who have passed the screening will take a job aptitude test online.
  2. 2. Interviews can be conducted separately from the results of the job aptitude test.

Medical Checkup
  1. 1. If the company and the person agree to the treatment calculations, a medical checkup will be conducted.
  2. 2. If you do not submit the results of the medical check-up or have any reasons for disqualification, you may be disqualified from employment.
Final selection
  1. 1. Final candidates are selected by comprehensively evaluating the results of the recruitment process.
  2. 2. Only the final candidates selected will be contacted individually.
